Colton Richins

Colton Richins' work experience begins with their current role as the Head of People (HR) at Blueberry Pediatrics, where they focus on providing high-quality healthcare experiences for children and their families. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at Belong, where they revolutionized the renting home industry. Colton also held various roles at Pluralsight, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partner. Colton gained experience in marketing and communications as a Marketing Account Executive Intern at the University of Utah. Additionally, they worked in IT support at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Alder Home Protection. Colton started their career as a Landscaper and Crew Leader at the City of Centerville, Utah.
