Vincent Edwards Jr, MBA has held various roles in the healthcare and customer service industries since 2005. In 2005, they began working as a Medical Insurance Customer Service Representative and Performance Analysis Specialist for West Corporation. In 2009, they began working for Verizon as a Financial Services Coordinator- Retention, Business/Government Customer Operations Coordinator, Technical Support Coordinator/ Specialist, and Customer Service Representative/ Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Medical Scribe for ScribeAmerica, a Certified Nursing Assistant for NHC Place at Cool Springs, and a Certified Nursing Assistant for Bethany Nursing & Rehab Center. In 2020, they worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for Krucial Staffing. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Program Manager for BlueBin Inc., where they are responsible for tactical oversight, operational management, execution, and training of the BlueBin management system in varying healthcare environments.

Vincent Edwards Jr, MBA has an extensive education history. Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oakwood College between 2001 and 2005. From 2010 to 2013, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, specializing in Management. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, and also earned Certificates of Achievement in Maximizing Team Effectiveness, Essential of Project Management, and Mastering Project Management from the same institution. In 2017, they studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Columbia State Community College. From 2018 to 2019, they studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Vincent is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at South College. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Nurse Assistant certification from the American Nurses Association in 2018.
