Neil is currently the Director of Care, Quality & Compliance at Bluebird Care, where they are responsible for developing the quality and compliance strategy for home care franchises across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Prior to this, Neil was the Head of Quality and Compliance at Bluebird Care, where they successfully developed and integrated a new strategy and operating procedures, resulting in a significant increase in regulatory outcomes. Neil has also worked as a Quality Manager at Bluebird Care, an Area Manager at Carers Trust, and an Area Manager at MacIntyre.
