Nick Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning across different organizations and roles. Nick started their career as a Support Worker at Hampshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in 2004, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined Solent NHS Trust as a Support Worker from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and held various positions, including Assistant Support Manager, Registered/ Support Manager, Training Facilitator, Training and Development Lead, and Lifelong Learning Trainer, Project Manager & QCF Assessor, until 2017. In 2012, they also had a role in the British Army until 2016. From there, they moved to Bluebird Care in 2017, initially as a Network Training Manager, then as a Compliance Manager, and later as a Lead Quality, Compliance and Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Learning and Development at Bluebird Care. Additionally, in 2021, they also have a role in the British Army.

Nick Griffiths has pursued education in Business and Management at The Open University. Nick also studied Teaching at City of Portsmouth College and Health & Social Care at HSDC Havant & South Downs. However, no specific degree or completion years are provided for any of these educational experiences.
