Alejandro González

Alejandro González has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alejandro began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Hispanic Teleservices Corporation. Alejandro then worked as an Assistant in Quality at CREST, Grupo Lamosa, where they gained experience in ISO 9001 and Kaizen projects. Alejandro joined John Deere as a Process Engineer in 2012 and later transitioned to LAMOSA as a Trainee (Process Engineer), where they developed projects to improve the production of sanitary furniture.

In 2014, Alejandro worked as a Process Analyst at Bico Savant, contributing to a process and quality project at the University of Monterrey. Alejandro implemented business process management methodologies to improve processes in Banner and PeopleSoft.

From 2015 to 2020, Alejandro worked at ONE Development Group, starting as a Coordinator of Continuous Improvement and Quality. Alejandro handled special projects for cost and time reduction, analyzed materials management and logistics, and conducted process mapping and bottleneck analysis. Alejandro then served as a Coordinator of Continuous Improvement and Development, focusing on optimizing and standardizing administrative processes, implementing new systems, and creating manuals and standardized reports.

In 2020, Alejandro became the General Manager of two prestigious hotels, Hotelito Azul and Gramercy, where they managed overall operations and administration across departments such as Reception, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, Human Resources, Supplies, Cleaning, and Customer Experience.

Recently, Alejandro has taken on the role of Project Manager at Guacamaya Estudio, responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Alejandro is also currently working as an Account Manager at Bluebird.cx.
