Lisa Zwicker

Lisa Zwicker, MBA, CFE, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Bluebird Self Storage since August 2022 and holds the position of Principal at GRIT CONSULTING, LLC since April 2022. Previously, Lisa was the Director of Business Strategy and Operations at TG3 Enterprises | Planet Fitness from May 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing operational budgets, enhancing profitability, and overseeing multi-location operations across several states. With extensive experience at Planet Fitness from June 2005 to April 2017 in various leadership roles, Lisa developed business strategies, conducted compliance audits, and managed new store development across over 600 locations. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Endicott College, an MBA from the Van Loan School at Endicott College, and a Certified Franchise Executive designation.
