Vanessa Boucher

Vanessa Boucher serves as the Resource and Talent Development Manager at BlueBridge One, a NetSuite Partner since 2003, since May 2021. Boucher has extensive experience in resource and talent management across multiple organizations, including Britehouse and Morvest Business Group Limited, where responsibilities ranged from workforce planning and forecasting to the development of talent management strategies. Previous roles also include positions such as Business Executive and Resource Manager at various companies, showcasing a strong background in SAP and Oracle environments. Boucher holds an MCom in Industrial Psychology and a BCom in Industrial Psychology, Business Economics, and Economics from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by a Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School.
