Francesco Crovace

Francesco Crovace is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director at BlueBull since March 2022, Francesco previously held the position of Tech M&A Director at Klecha & Co. from May 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Francesco worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking as Vice President and at Lazard as Associate, having started as an M&A Intern at Rothschild. Francesco holds a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the same institution, alongside an exchange program at Corvinus University of Budapest.
