Jewel has over 20 years of experience in executive management, organizational operations, and program development. Jewel aims to optimize leadership capacity and accelerate team development for heightened workplace engagement and high-level performance. Jewel has worked with clients such as JPMorgan Chase, NYPD, and Verizon.

Jewel is an alum of Columbia University’s Arts Leadership Institute, New York Foundation for the Arts Leadership Circles, Harvard University’s Women & Power: Leadership for the 21st Century Program and is a certified Barrett Values Centre Assessment Consultant.
