Justin Follin

Justin Follin is the CEO of BLUECASE, a global management consultancy. Justin has over 25 years of experience in the energy, mining, and construction industries. Prior to joining BLUECASE, Justin was with JMJ Associates for three years as their Practice, Product, Knowledge Designer/Communications and Marketing Lead. Justin also spent five years with Performance Transformation as an Executive and Organizational Performance Coach. Additionally, Justin was a Theatre Director/Public Speaking Coach at The Khabele School for three years and Co-Founder, Producer at Straight, No Chaser Productions for one year.

Justin Follin attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they received a BA in Philosophy. Justin then attended Thomas Jefferson HS for Science and Technology.
