Vuk Dragovic

Vuk Dragovic is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network and system administration. Currently serving as a Network and System Administrator at VICERT since February 2020, Vuk previously held positions as a Senior Support Engineer at HYCU, Inc. and a Technical Support Agent at Avast Software. With a strong foundation in networking and the TCP/IP protocol stack, including VPN protocols, Vuk also worked as a System Administrator at April Assistance doo, focusing on network design, configuration, and client support. Starting a career in 2006 at Mercedes-Benz as an Agent for Roadside Assistance, Vuk developed skills in client communication and service organization. Vuk holds various certifications in Linux and Cisco CCNA, complemented by a technical education in mechanical engineering.
