Oto Chalagashvili

Oto Chalagashvili is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a robust background in the technology and gaming sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of BlueChip.io since September 2021, Oto has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at International IGaming from March 2019 to December 2022. Oto co-founded and led Octappus and Steadylogic as Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2015 and from 2012 to 2015, respectively. Additionally, Oto contributed as an Information Technology and Services Consultant at Europe-Bet between 2013 and 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Georgian Technical University, alongside certificate programs in IT Project Management and Business Administration from Caucasus University and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
