Michael Carne

Michael Carne is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at BlueCrest Energy Inc. since July 2015. Previously, Michael held the position of Assistant Controller - Revenue & Financial Reporting at Lonestar Resources from December 2012 to June 2015, and served as Audit Senior at Whitley Penn from May 2007 to August 2012. Michael's military background includes roles as an Aircrew Loadmaster with the Texas Air National Guard from October 2002 to October 2008 and with the United States Air Force from October 1997 to October 2002. Michael earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University in 2007 and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2006.
