Ashley Eaves

Ashley Eaves, MHIIM, RHIA, is a Senior Health Systems Integration Specialist at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, where responsibilities include promoting interoperability between payer and healthcare provider EHR systems. Previously, Ashley held the positions of Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst and Epic Ambulatory Optimization Analyst at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, providing mentorship and optimization support in clinical documentation and orthopedic surgery. Earlier experience includes roles as Epic Inpatient Orders Analyst, Health Information Officer at the Mississippi Department of Health, and Public Health Laboratory Scientist II at the Louisiana Office of Public Health Laboratory. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mississippi State University.
