Caitlin Woodall

Caitlin Woodall is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in healthcare operations and patient access. Currently serving as the Manager of BlueHealth Baptist Operations and Patient Experience at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, Caitlin oversees daily operations of a primary care clinic, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards while collaborating on departmental goals. Previously, Caitlin held supervisory roles in Central Patient Access at Baptist Memorial Health Care, and as a Project Team Leader at Brown Bottling Group, developed reporting systems and process improvements. Additional experience includes community sales and marketing at Mississippi Methodist Senior Services, and program management at Mississippi Food Network, underscoring a strong background in operations, customer service, and strategic development. Caitlin holds an MBA from Belhaven University and a BS in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.
