April Madden

April Madden has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and finance industries, predominantly with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Currently a Provider Research Specialist- Mentor since October 2022, April previously held various roles including Provider Information Management (Intake Coordinator) and Credentialing Auditor, where responsibilities included processing initial and recredentialing applications and providing exceptional customer service. Early roles included benefits representation, research associate, and claims processing, alongside earlier banking experience at Wachovia Bank as an Insurance and Title Clerk. April attended Dalton State College, focusing on Banking and Finance, after graduating from Dalton High School.
