Ashton Kate Harding

Ashton Kate Harding is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and project management, administrative support, and agricultural consulting. Currently serving as a Program Management Coordinator at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since September 2020, Ashton has held multiple roles, including Project Coordinator and Executive Administrative Assistant. Previous experience includes positions at the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General as an Executive Receptionist and Administrative Clerk, as well as serving as a TCK Assistant for the International Mission Board, where responsibilities focused on children's education and resource support. Ashton also contributed to the Georgia Governor's Office of Student Achievement by developing an AgriScience curriculum for gifted students and coordinated experiential learning opportunities. As an Agricultural Consultant with the Fiker Lesewoch Association, Ashton worked on livelihood skills development projects in rural communities. Educationally, Ashton holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Agricultural and Extension Education Services from The University of Georgia.
