Jami Lowery

Jami Lowery serves as an Application Systems Analyst - Consultant and leads the Mobile App Development Team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since January 2009, managing a team dedicated to the development and maintenance of the myBlue TN mobile app. From September 2000 to 2014, Jami owned Scenic City Web Solutions, offering marketing technology expertise to clients. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst IV and Web Development Manager at Unitrin Direct, where Jami focused on web application technology and system migrations, as well as serving as a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Jami's early career began as a Programmer for the City of Chattanooga. Jami holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
