Jill Langston

Jill (Oaks) Langston is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate governance and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Governance and Enterprise Corporate Secretary at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since December 2005, Jill is responsible for assisting the Board of Directors and overseeing governance for the organization and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Senior Supervisor in Operations at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee from 1996 to 2005, where supervision of employees in the HMO sector involved extensive collaboration with state agencies. Jill's career began at Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agenda (SETHRA) from 1991 to 1996 as a Probation Officer and Caseworker, providing community-based support to juveniles. Academic achievements include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
