Johnnie Combs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and care management. Currently serving as the PEO Program Manager at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since January 2020, Johnnie previously held various leadership roles at Mental Health Cooperative from March 2014 to January 2020, including East Region Program Manager and Care Management Supervisor.
