Patricia Jones

Patricia Jones, BSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Strategy at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams and developing programs to enhance healthcare outcomes for the Commercial population. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas from August 2010 to November 2017, where Patricia managed Clinical Services and Population Health for Blue Advantage National Accounts and provided strategic guidance for a cross-functional team in Renal and Oncology. Earlier in the career, Patricia worked as a Registered Nurse Care Manager, focusing on individualized care needs and treatment plan optimization, and held roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Front Range Community College, and an Associate’s Degree in Marketing from The Art Institutes.
