Susan PARROTT SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional with a background in managing HR technology, retirement consulting, and human resources activities. Susan has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Susan currently works at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as the Manager HR Technology, leading a team to support enterprise cloud-based applications. Prior to this, Susan held roles at BlueCross BlueShield of TN, Kayser-Roth Corporation, and Golden Gallon.
