Tom Horn

Tom Horn is an experienced professional currently serving as an Actuarial Assistant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tom Horn worked as a Secondary Math Teacher at Northwest ISD for nearly 13 years, where skills in Microsoft Excel were applied to organize, manipulate, and analyze data, leading to improvements in student achievement. Earlier experience includes a position as a Math Tutor at Sylvan Learning Centers. Tom Horn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas Woman's University.
