Lana Richardson

Lana Richardson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience across reputable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BlueCross Aged Care since January 2023, Lana leads strategic HR initiatives and solutions within the People Experience team. Prior to this, Lana held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Austin Health from September 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with executives to develop people strategies and supporting leaders through various employee lifecycle processes. Earlier, Lana worked at Ambulance Victoria from November 2004 to July 2016 as a Human Resources Partner, providing HR and Employee Relations services to over 1000 customers in the Metropolitan East Region, beginning as a Human Resources Advisor.
