Courtney Wilson

Courtney Wilson, CHRP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at BlueDot, where responsibilities include providing HR analysis to leadership, creating a People Operations roadmap, and leading initiatives for employee onboarding and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with Canadian Labour laws.
