Eva Martinez is a highly experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of In-Service Support Business Development at Bluedrop Training & Simulation, Eva is responsible for managing existing and future ISS programs for clients. With a background in engineering and program management, Eva has a strong track record of driving excellence in program management, contracts, and business development. Additionally, Eva has held leadership positions in organizations such as Women in Aerospace Canada and the Air Cadet League of Canada.
