Richard G. Wells is an experienced executive coach and consultant specializing in emotional intelligence, team performance, and leadership development. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at BlueEQ™ since February 2021, Richard leverages advanced training solutions to enhance the capabilities of business leaders and teams globally. As President of Live Well Solutions, Inc. since February 2012, Richard has delivered seminars on personal and professional development to thousands across North America. Previous roles include Division Manager and District Manager at National Write Your Congressman, Inc., where Richard managed and mentored legislative research teams, and Director of Facility Management at Sodexo for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Richard's educational background includes an upcoming Master's degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine and a BS from Brigham Young University.
