Kapil Deokar has worked as a Level 3 Support Network Engineer at Blueface, a Comcast Business Company since October 2020. In this role, they interact with network services and software systems engineering to restore service and identify core problems. Kapil also troubleshoots network outages, software and hardware issues, and analyzes SIP traces. Additionally, Kapil worked at Tata Communications as a Network Engineer from July 2017 to December 2018, where they were responsible for routing voice and network traffic, analyzing SIP traces, and troubleshooting voice and toll-free issues.
