Wouter Proost

Wouter Proost is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Bluefin B.V. since February 2017, Wouter is responsible for recruitment for both permanent and interim positions within a specialized recruitment organization focused on finance. Prior to this role, Wouter owned Proost Consultancy, providing consultancy services and personal branding. Additionally, Wouter founded HighPo, a start-up focused on Campus and Graduate Recruitment. Wouter's earlier experience includes financial accounting roles at Horizon Pharma and Amphia, various internships in financial restructuring and M&A at Rabobank Nederland and Translink Corporate Finance, and earlier operational roles at Ziggo and Van Oord in Australia and Indonesia. Wouter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Control from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
