Rory Herity is currently working as the Regional Director for Bluefin Resources in Queensland. With over 12 years of experience in the Brisbane market, Rory is focused on recruiting senior leadership roles in technology, digital transformation, and change management. Prior to this role, Rory worked as the General Manager for Allegis Group in Queensland for TEKsystems & Aston Carter. Before that, he held the position of Director for Ambition in Queensland, where he was responsible for establishing the Technology offering and growing the business. With a background in recruitment and a BBS in Business Studies from Technological University Dublin, Rory has a successful track record of achieving top sales and growing highly regarded recruitment teams.
