Jessie Chang

Jessie (Chia-Hsin) Chang currently serves as the Environmental, Permit & Consents Manager at BlueFloat Energy since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Permitting & Consent Manager at RWE Renewables from 2021 to 2023 and Environmental Engineer positions at Unitech Engineering Co., LTD from 2018 to 2021 and Tranmit Engineering Co. Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. Academic credentials consist of a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Melbourne (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from National Taiwan University (2007-2011), alongside earlier experience as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica (2011-2012) and as a Geology student at the University of Melbourne (2013-2015).
