Tom Young

Tom Young is the Head of Environment and Consents at BlueFloat Energy, a position Tom has held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Chair of the NZ Offshore Wind Working Group at the New Zealand Wind Energy Association. With a background in environmental management and community development, Tom has a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked at companies such as ScottishPower and SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Edinburgh.
