Johann Drolshagen

Johann Drolshagen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in high-level strategic roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Bluefly.io Collective since February 2025, Drolshagen manages the technical vision for large-scale solutions in both private sector and government projects. As Chief Technical Officer and Chief Information Officer at Level Playing Field Solutions since 2009, Drolshagen has played a pivotal role in developing customizable cloud-based case management systems for restorative and community justice programs. In addition, Drolshagen has contributed to Brick House Security Consulting as a Lead Engineer and Web Developer, leveraging a background in security consulting and crisis management. Previous experience includes serving as Technical Account Manager at Acquia, where Drolshagen supported enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives, and founding the Online Arbitration Network, a cloud-based platform for dispute resolution. Drolshagen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
