Minna Karhu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and business management. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Bluefors since September 2022, Minna leads the structural cornerstones of an effective sales team. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of HPE Capital Oy since February 2018, Minna oversees operational tasks and bookkeeping for a family investment business.
