Nichole (Nikki) Ballinger is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Bluegrass Ingredients, Nikki's previous positions include Plant Director at T. Marzetti Company, where responsibility extended to a flagship facility with over 800 employees and full P&L management, and plant management roles at Dawn Foods Global and Shearer's Snacks. Notably, Nikki has over a decade of experience with Campbell Soup Company, progressing from Site Director through the acquisition of Snyder’s Lance. Additional early career experience includes roles at Colgate-Palmolive as Production Supervisor and positions with Sonopress, Accu-Tec, and UPS. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville.
