Drew Goins

Drew Goins has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies. Their recent position was as the Chief People Officer at Bluegrass Supply Chain Services since 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Executive at Gränges from 2016 to 2020, where they played a key role in setting HR standards and led HR integration for acquisitions. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Anheuser-Busch as the Director of Human Resources, managing acquisitions and transforming company culture. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Newell Rubbermaid, overseeing various HR functions and saving costs through negotiations. Drew began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Whirlpool Corporation from 1994 to 2000.

Drew Goins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tiffin University.
