Mary Wanciak --- Phr

Mary Wanciak has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Mary is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Bluegreen Vacations since August 2022. Prior to this, Mary held various leadership roles at Bluegreen Vacations, including Talent Acquisition Director and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Before joining Bluegreen Vacations, Mary worked as an Employment Manager at Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) and ASI Show! from March 2013 to January 2016. Mary also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ARAMARK from October 2011 to January 2013. Mary's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts from August 2007 to October 2011. Mary holds certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Mary Wanciak holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Capital Development from La Salle University. Mary also obtained a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Prior to that, they graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government & Political Affairs, History, and Economics. Additionally, Mary has obtained the certifications of SHRM-CP from SHRM and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
