Julie Dermati

Julie Dermati serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Blueground since March 2025, following a brief tenure as Talent Acquisition Manager at Google, where leadership of a seven-recruiter team facilitated the execution of a global hiring program. Previously, Julie held roles at nCino, Inc. from July 2019 to November 2024, progressing from Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to Manager for EMEA & APAC, achieving remarkable regional growth in talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes leading recruitment efforts at J&C Associates Ltd. and an HR Assistant internship at Phaidon International. Julie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Aston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
