Jeffrey Savinda

Jeffrey Savinda, MPM, CIR, CDR, currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at TeleTracking since August 2021. Previously, Jeffrey worked at CGI from March 2019 to August 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on US Commercial and State & Local Government sectors. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University from March 2008 to March 2019, where Jeffrey held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Technical Recruiter/HR Representative. Jeffrey's earlier career also includes positions at PRO-telligent, LLC as a Technology Recruiter/Business Development and at Apex Systems as a Tech Recruiter. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Management in Human Resources Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
