Misty Carpinito

Misty Carpinito has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Misty started their career at T-Mobile as a Recruiting Coordinator and advanced to become a Sourcing Specialist and ultimately a Recruiter in the sales organization. Misty then joined Microsoft as a Staffing Consultant, where they supported recruiting efforts for the Product Management Group. After their time at Microsoft, Misty started their own photography business, Misty Carpinito Photography, where they worked as a Professional Photographer and Stay at Home Mom. Currently, they are a Team Lead and Senior Recruiter at Bluehawk Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Kirkland, Washington. Misty is passionate about hiring talented individuals and creating meaningful work experiences for clients.

Misty Carpinito completed their education at Washington State University from 1998 to 2002, earning a BA in Humanities with an emphasis on Business, Communications, and Women Studies.
