Ali Khial

Ali Khial is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Blueland since May 2025, Ali has previously excelled at ButcherBox in various roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a software architect position at HCHK and contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at ConnectiveRx. Ali also held the position of Technical Lead at Conservation Job Board, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical processes and leading cross-functional teams.
