Jayashree Jayanth is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Blueleaf Energy since July 2024, Jayashree previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Ushur from January 2022 to July 2023, where strategic partnership and employee engagement were key focuses. As an independent HR advisor from 2019 to 2021, Jayashree provided expertise to multiple organizations, including a directorial role at MyCaptain. Experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Springboard, where technology and communication were leveraged for employee relations, and as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at RoofandFloor, implementing cultural transformations.
