Brad Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brad started their career as a Hardware Designer at Amirix Systems in 2000 and later worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at Focal Technologies from 2002 to 2005. Brad then returned to Amirix Systems as a Hardware Engineer in 2005 before joining Cobham Surveillance as a Senior R&D Engineer from 2006 to 2010. Brad then transitioned to Cobham Tactical Communications & Surveillance as a Product Manager from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Brad took on the role of VP Product at Joubeh, where they worked until 2014. Brad then joined Innovasea as a Product Manager from 2014 to 2016.

Brad's next career move was to Realtime Aquaculture, where they held the position of VP Business Development from 2016 to 2019. In the same year, they joined Innovasea again, this time as VP Product Management. Currently, Brad is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at BlueLight Analytics, a position they assumed in September 2019.

Brad Rodgers pursued a Masters of Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2012, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on Product Management. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Furthermore, Brad obtained certifications in various fields. In November 2018, they completed courses such as "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" and "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" from Coursera. In September 2018, they completed a course titled "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from the same platform. In January 2018, they also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera. Moreover, in September 2015, they completed a course called "From Ideas to Action" offered by IDEO U.
