Cauley O'Day, BSc, CSM

Cauley O'Day has a diverse work experience in software development, consulting, and management roles.

In 2010 and 2013, Cauley worked as a Contract Developer for G2 Research Ltd., contributing to various software projects.

From 2011 to 2013, Cauley served as a Software Development Manager at Cobham, managing a team of professionals and collaborating with different departments to enhance product lines and software roadmaps.

Between 2013 and 2014, Cauley worked on a startup insurance project at St Bernard.ch as a Contract Developer.

In 2014, Cauley assumed the role of Technical Lead/Solution Architect (Consultant) at Eastlink, providing technical oversight for the web development team and addressing customer needs.

From 2017 to 2018, Cauley worked as a Technical Architect at Tab King USA, collaborating with the software development team to ensure stable and scalable software solutions were delivered on time.

Cauley also worked as a Software Development Consultant at LED Roadway Lighting Ltd. in 2017.

From 2019 to 2020, Cauley was a Senior Software Developer at Track Group, Inc.

Most recently, Cauley is the Director of Software Development at BlueLight Analytics since September 2020, leading a team in creating and delivering a cloud-based solution for dental service organizations.

Throughout Cauley's career, they have consistently showcased problem-solving abilities, adaptability to varying project sizes and timelines, and expertise in numerous technologies and platforms.

Cauley O'Day received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University. In June 2013, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
