Sacha Mansouri

Sacha Mansouri has over 15 years of experience in data analysis and workforce management, currently serving as a Workforce Data Analyst and Product Expert in the Quality Department at Groupe BlueLink since January 2008. Responsibilities include coordinating, piloting, and evaluating quality delivery in alignment with established quality strategies. Sacha also has a management background, having led a contact center team of 10 to 15 individuals, focusing on project coordination, client relations, and achieving both quantitative and qualitative results. Prior experience includes a role as a Technico-commercial at Fréquence Plus/Air France, providing technical and commercial support and training to colleagues and subcontractors. Recently, Sacha has pursued further education at IB - groupe Cegos in October and September 2024.
