Andrew Wamser

Andrew Wamser is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at BlueLinx Corporation since July 2023, Andrew oversees financial operations for a prominent building products distribution and logistics company generating approximately $4 billion in annual revenue. Prior to BlueLinx, Andrew held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Mativ from February 2018 to April 2023, contributing to a major merger within the specialty materials manufacturing sector. Additional experience includes financial leadership roles at AutoNation as VP Finance and Treasurer, as well as significant positions at Barclays Investment Bank and UBS Investment Bank. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
