Chandler Gay

Chandler Gay is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Thoma Bravo since March 2020. In addition to this role, Chandler holds multiple board positions, including Board Member for BlueMatrix, Intel 471, and Foundation Software, and serves as a Board Observer for Raptor Technologies, LLC. Previously, Chandler was an Associate at Golden Gate Capital and an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays within the Global Natural Resources Group. Chandler earned a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, along with certificates in Computer Science and Finance, from Princeton University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Westminster Schools.
