Kathleen Hebda

Kathleen Hebda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in digital operations, customer service, and fitness coaching. Currently serving as Senior Coordinator of Digital Operations and Service at bluemercury since February 2016, Kathleen oversees B2C fulfillment, Amazon marketplace management, and customer experience improvements. Simultaneously, Kathleen has been a Teacher at Pure Barre since February 2014, providing energetic fitness classes. Previously, Kathleen held positions as Digital Integration Project Coordinator at Airgas, Inc., and Data Center Technician at Amazon, focusing on digital integration and technical issue resolution. Kathleen began a career at Titus Sports Academy as a Project Manager and Sports Performance Coach, working with clients of varying ages to enhance their performance.
