Pooja Nambiar, CSPO® has over 14 years of professional experience in various roles. Pooja began their career in 2007 as a Workflow Lead at Google. In 2010, they moved to Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Technical Writer. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst (Consultant) at EMDEON BUSINESS SERVICES. Pooja then moved to Microsoft in 2016, where they worked as a Business System Analyst Consultant - Microsoft Payments. In 2018, they joined Symetra as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner and Business Analyst. Currently, they are a Senior Business Analyst at BlueOcean since 2022.

Pooja Nambiar, CSPO® has an educational background that includes a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2003 to 2007, and prior to that, they attended Keyes High School. Additionally, they hold a CSPO certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2018.
