Usman Khan is a Lead Consultant at BlueOptima since September 2018, where the company provides technology solutions to major global organisations, including nine of the top twelve Universal Banks, aimed at optimizing software engineering performance. Previous roles at BlueOptima include Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, along with experience as a Graduate Statistician focused on data analysis and consulting. Additionally, Usman founded Galsoft Solutions, a technology start-up specializing in freelance software and web development during university studies, managing a team of up to ten part-time freelancers. Usman holds an MSc in Data Science and Analytics from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Bahria University.
